Day 10: Green courts

Yesterday I wore a pair of lime green mid-heeled cut-out courts:

I wore them to my local polling booth! Then I went to work.

Later that evening I held a small election party. We drank a lot of wine, played trivial pursuit, ate election pavlova and admired my friend Georgina’s Topshop ankle boots.

These shoes were an amazing find in the Animal Aid charity shop. Originally from Kate Kuba, they have both a patent leather upper and a leather sole! I bought them for £8, but I imagine they started life at the £70-80 mark. Why someone would give them away (in pristine condition) is beyond me, but I’m thankful for it.
